Custom Designed flag and flag holder w/ rubber strap accepts bellt lead to keep float upright. It can be quickly removed when shifting from hunting mode to rescue mode.

Made for the hard float , rubber belt is a bit hard to fit in the buckle but works great on the float , kinda wished it had a thumb screw for the flag holder
Worked for my makeshift float, two orange lobster buoys on pvc pipe with rope. Wrapped this around it and it worked perfect. Couldn't ask for a better float and flag combo.

It holds tight to my hard float and had plenty of extra band to weave weights in. Maybe a quick attach/detached for the flag rather than screw?
