VIDEO: GoPro Camera Mount on Wood Speargun - How To Install

A key feature of our Camera System for Wood Spearguns is it's ability to be quickly removed so you can video your buddy without pointing your gun at him and then easily re-attach the camera to your speargun.

Hey Dave here with MAKO Spearguns and today Dano is installing the camera mounting system on a wood speargun.

A key feature of the Camera System is it's ability to be quickly removed so you can video your buddy without pointing your gun at him and then easily re-attach the camera to your speargun.

Another feature of our design is that it not only allows for instant selfless, but you can also flip the GoPro to the underside of the bracket for a completely different shooting perspective.

The installation process is very easy.

Start by attaching the mounting block with the 3 supplied screws.

Then partially thread one of the supplied knobs into the mounting block.

Slide the bracket between the mounting block and the knob, and then lock it down in the channel.

Next, attach the tripod mount to the GoPro housing and attach the optional recoil stabilizer with the supplied screw. The recoil stabilizer will prevent the GoPro from tilting forward when you fire the speargun

finally, slip the other knob though the hole in the bracket and place the supplied washer between the bracket and the GoPro tripod mount.

It's that easy - and remember, never point a loaded gun at anyone - simply loosen the knob and remove the gopro to video your buddy
