Band Length Chart and Installing Bands on Closed Muzzle
In your Mako Attack Pack Tool Kit you will need:
- B) Food grade Silicone
- C) Measure tape
- F) Scissors

STEP 1
Refer to the band chart below to determine the length of band needed and cut to length.

STEP 2
Spray muzzle and middle of band with food grade silicone. Then line up the center of the band on the front slot in the closed muzzle and pull. With both hands, simultaneously pull both band ends downward until the stretched band thins enough to snap into the front slot on the muzzle.
STEP 3
Realign the band if necessary, making sure the ends are even. To lock the bands in the side grooves, again, spray the bands and the muzzle with food grade silicone and pull downwards on the bands with both hands simultaneously. You must pull hard.
STEP 4
Once the bands are installed, line up both sides to ensure each side is of equal length. If one side is longer than the other, you can adjust accordingly or cut to even. You are now ready to install your wishbone bridles. (see installing wishbones)
STEP 5 (Optional)
If desired, the 2nd band can be simply installed by sliding the band through the band hole at the front of the muzzle.
