Warranty
All Mako Spearguns (Railguns) include a 3 year no questions asked warranty. Even if your gun falls out of your truck while driving down the freeway, we will repair it or replace it at no charge. I don’t care if the gun was run over by a baggage handler at the airport. I will repair it or replace it. You just pay for shipping. We obviously can’t cover normal wear and tear on bands, mono or the occasional bent shaft. However, our warranty is the best in the industry.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied when you make a purchase from our online store. Please take a few minutes to review our return policy.
In the unlikely event you received a defective product, it must be returned in as new, unused/unopened condition and replacement will be sent to you.
Before any product may be returned to us, you must request an RMA number from Customer Service by calling 540-361-1570. Requests for an RMA number must be made within 14 days from the date you received your order. Additional information including the return address will be provided to you once your request has been approved. By issuing you an RMA number, we assume that your return meets our guidelines. If possible, please include a copy of the original packing slip/invoice with your return.
All products, except if defective, must be returned to us at your own expense. We recommend that you use a service such as UPS that provides a tracking number and includes insurance. In addition, we must receive your return within 15 days from the date the RMA number was issued.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a credit back to the original payment method. The credit will be for the amount of the product minus original shipping charges.
Order Errors
If a product you receive is defective or is the incorrect item as a result of an error on our part, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost. No refunds will be made. Please contact Customer Service for assistance.

MAKO Spearguns has established procedures to protect any personal information you provide to us in accordance with the following principles:
A. Collecting and Sharing Personal Information: We explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). For example, we ask you for information when you place orders on our site or contact Customer Service. In addition, we also may request that you provide Personal Information as part of a contest or promotion from time to time, the disclosure of which will be optional. We use your Personal Information for various purposes consistent with US law, and we may occasionally inform you of new products if you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter.
B. "Cookies": We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable the Site to relate your use of the Site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided to us.
C. Disclosure of Information: MAKO Spearguns does not sell or rent individual user information to third parties with the exception of when it necessary or appropriate to assist in any investigation. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who may be using our servers for illegal activities. By agreeing to the conditions of this Privacy Policy and the use of our Site, you hereby consent to disclosure of any record or communication to any third party when MAKO Spearguns, in its sole discretion, determines to be appropriate.
D. Consent: By using our Site and the services available to you on our site, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described above. Should we change our privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page so that you are always aware of our policies.
E. Links: We may provide links to a number of other sites that we believe can offer you useful information and services. However, we are not responsible for the privacy policies of or any actions of any third parties that control the activities of such third party sites. We suggest contacting the relevant parties controlling these sites or accessing their online policies for the relevant information about their data collection.
F. General Information: Whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online, that information can be collected and used by others. Therefore, when you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our services, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
Secure Online Ordering
The MAKO Spearguns online store is secure. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your information, so you can be sure the information you type in is secure. It is important that you protect yourself against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to always sign off when finished using any shared computer.

5% sales tax will be added to all purchases shipped to a Virginia address.
Promotional Offers and Coupon Codes
From time to time, we offer special promotions and coupon codes. Coupon codes may not be applicable to certain products. If you receive a coupon code, you must enter it when prompted before submitting your order. Limit one coupon code per order. Coupon codes are not accepted for phone orders.
Shipping Information
We guarantee same day shipping on all orders of non-custom products received before 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time. For custom items such as custom rigged guns, we guarantee shipping on the following day, however, we will of course do our best to ship your custom rigged gun on the same day.
Multiple Ship To Addresses
Each separate address (i.e., gift addresses) is considered a separate order. These orders must be placed separately.
Shipping Options and Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated based upon weight and destination. To review available shipping options, add the products to your bag and begin the checkout process. Once you have entered the shipping address and click the continue button, you'll be able to review the options and rates available for your order.
Order Status and Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Gift shipments are also confirmed by e-mail to the billing e-mail address.
You can also obtain the tracking number for your order by visiting the My Account section of our site. Tracking information is not available for International shipments.
Changing or Canceling an Order
Order changes or cancellations may be made if the order has not shipped. We are unable to cancel any orders placed during the period of December 16-21 as orders are sent to the warehouse immediately after credit approval. If you don't want your order, refuse delivery and we'll issue a refund less the original shipping charge once the package has been returned to us.
Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by contacting Customer Service.
