MAKO Spearguns Yamamoto Diving Gloves - Black

Diving Gloves made of Yamamoto Neoprene? That’s right…MAKO Spearguns gloves are made of “Yamamoto Neoprene”.

What other gloves are made of Yamamoto neoprene? There probably aren’t any.

Why not?

Yamamoto Neoprene is the absolute best material in the world, and most expensive which is why you could not find gloves made of Yamamoto Neoprene……………..Until now!

These Black Diving Gloves are designed exclusively for spearfishing combining unmatched durability with incredible sensitivity needed for optimum trigger control. All finger tips and palms are re-enforced using high tech AMARA synthetic leather to protect against cuts from sharp objects. Made of high quality 2.0mm neoprene with an outer lining for durability and comfort, they include an added bonus of a Velcro strap for a custom snug fit and tight seal, these gloves are the number one choice among serious spearos.

Because we sell direct, we are able to offer our Yamamoto Wetsuits and Yamamoto Gloves for less than non Yamamoto products.

Our Diving Gloves are certified by Tomizo Yamamoto (President of YAMAMOTO Corporation) and me (Dano Krahling, President of MAKO Spearguns) to be Genuine YAMAMOTO Neoprene.

5 of 5 Work gloves for everyday dives November 18, 2020
Reviewer: Eddie from Miami
These gloves are as good as the 3mm socks - they're tough, warm, protective and great for everyday diving use. They offer excellent protection while harvest spiny lobster or fish with sharp, protruding spines, and permit secure purchase on underwater structure when hunting at the bottom. They're easy to clean, and just need a little love every now and then with wetsuit shampoo after they've been used to handle fish.

4 of 5 Comfortable and good dexterity July 2, 2020
Reviewer: joshua bailey from budd lake, NJ United States
I ordered a large probably could have used a medium I measured my hands and was right on the larger side of the medium. I was worried the medium would be too tight but the large is just slightly loose. Overall they still fit comfortably does dexterity is great and they do what they're supposed to do. The construction seems good and they are holding up very well.

5 of 5 Works well December 13, 2019
Reviewer: Darryl from Loma Linda, CA United States
I got a large and my wife got a medium and they are snug like really snug so much so that you think you might need the next size up but after a couple of times putting it on and taking it off basically breaking it in it felt a lot better than the first fit and the snug fit helps with your finger dexterity. The leather on the palm side is pretty tough I did a push up on some shark rocks and nothing was punctured. Yes I know that's not the intended use but it proved that it worked. Also as a side note when wearing the gloves and you want to wipe off the water from your face yeah don't. They palm side is really rough good for gripping stuff but you will rub your face raw if you do. You have been warned. My perspective is that of a freediver and not a spearfisher so I just worry about sharp rocks so that's about the extent of protection I need but it really does do a good job for the things I need it to go.
