Our chest loading pads are so popular, we had to put them on our rashguards too. So, the same high quality chest loading pads that we install on our world famous MAKO –Yamamoto Spearfishing suits are also available on our rashguards for those warm summer days when a suit is not needed.

NOTE: These short sleeve rashguards can also be worn over wetsuits that do not have chest loading pads. It will protect your suit and your chest.

    The material is good I would recommend giving it a wash before you wear it. The loading pad is thick and seems to be attached very well.

    Perfect for Suits without a Chest Loading Pad

    There are a few Chest Loading Pads out there but I find this one perfect. The integrated chest loading pad on the short sleeve rashguard fits perfectly over my wet suit and does not slip like others in the market. The materials are very strong and durable. I recommend getting a tight fit so the chest loading pad doesn't slip everywhere while loading a speargun.

    In our warm water I do not need a wetsuit most of the year and my speargun was bruising my chest also it would want to slip around sometimes. This rash guard with loading pad has solved both issues thank you Mako!

    Works fine for the intended purpose. These guys are the best in service. The customer is first for them. I only buy Mako for spearfishing.

    chest pad isn't much, but seems to give just enough padding to make a difference when loading.
